how do i get the dvd2svcd to make bin cue files i get mpeg files and i want to do chapters

did you disable "make images"?

yes i did and have vcdxbuild ticked

If you did check VCDXbuild and you didn't get and .bin/.cue files post your DVD2SVCD_log.txt file using cut and paste, not attach.

How much free space is on your HD after it is finished?
Do you have any muxed_mpeg files?
What about a .mpv file?
