I have some movies stored in SVCD format on 2 70 min CD's. On both CD's, the .mpg files are about 800 MByte (+/- 0.5 %).
How can you encode a full movie in SVCD VBR format so that the MPG exactly fits on 2 CD's?
I've checked with BitrateViewer and the parameters are different for each movie. I have no clue on how you can get the encoding parameters (like max& min bitrate). Maybe it's a 2 step process & you need a preliminary encoding pass with best guess parameters before you can derive the final parameters to make the movie take up all the space on the 2 CD's.
