Hi, I have an annoying issue with Subtitle Workshop. Every time I load a subtitle file and then try to load the movie for sync, SW spits out an error. Sometimes the movies load just fine with the same codec configuration. I tried with everything: LAV, ffdshow, CoreAVC. I used Haali and LAV Splitter and I had the same result. I even tried K-Lite Codec Pack as a backup solution. Nothing seems to cure this behavior.

I use Win 7 x64 and this issue is present with 2.51 and 2.52 RC. I've used SW for a long time with Win 7 x64 and the same codecs but now it's like SW has gone crazy. Thanks in advance if you can help me debug this error.

If you're just synching try VisualSubSync or Subtitle Edit.

I use SW for translating, error repair etc. I kinda got used to it. The thing that I don't understand is why the sudden collapse. 3-4 years it worked fine on W7 x64. Maybe it doesn't like a new codec version.
