i have a banding problem on windows server 2008.. klite codec 8.3.2 installed.. how can i fix that problem?

Uninstall klite?

Make sure your desktop is set for trucolor (32-bit).

Why do you run Windows Server?
Is it a physical server? With onboard graphics?
What are the specs?

What brand/model is the box?
If it is a DIY built, what were the parts used?

You have zero chance to have your problem looked at
(here at doom9) before you answer those questions.

And uninstall all codec packs.
