I realized that fewer title is much more stable than more titles. So I made a few AVCHDs then put them together using add AVCHD folders.
As they are made in different times, the title menu pages are not the same, in color and fonts. When re-multiAVCHD, it's smart enough to re-use the old title menu pages if the order are still right. So, it ends up the titles menu changes the color and fonts alternately and looks bad.
How to force the multiAVCHD to generate completely new set of title menus and not re-use the old ones?
