Novice and very difficult to create AVCHD files

2 ° recently bought a PS3 and some Blu-Ray
Since then I am willing to make backup copies and burn to DVD-dl to play directly on ps3.
I have a good player and computer with Blu-Ray and great desire, just do not have the knowledge to the service then a weight step by step from the beginning for me to do just right.
