100% (6 out of 6).
Used ImgBurn, matched the burner to the discs, 2x speed.

Probably burned a few hundred over the last year or two... :) All different brands, BD-Rs and BD-REs, using the LG BD/HD DVD combo drive (3 of them), a Sony BD-R drive and a 7-disc duplicating tower...

Never had a problem, other than a very occasional bad disc (I think 3 total in all that time). (BD-REs eventually die though... Usually at the layer break and effectively become BD-25s... :) )

Using ImgBurn (for BD-Rs) and Nero (for BD-REs, usually so we can update individual files without re-burning the entire disc).

Blu-ray discs don't worry about the layer break since it can't be seen by the user anyway... For replication there are sometimes things to consider (which is more about certain files being in certain locations for load speed vs a concern of the layer break itself...), but when burning BD-Rs, both ImgBurn and Nero will burn the first 25gb to Layer 0, and then put the rest on Layer 1...
