ati video file

i have a file that was captured with a ati card-- i'm guessing because of the v-dub error ----- that the video wont play an when i try to open in v-dub says "could not locate decompresser for vcr2 [ativideo2]" can this be fixed ???

It seems that the file was captured using a proprietary ATI codec... I think you can find all of the ATI codecs on their site (I downloaded them about a year ago)...
