So I have been trying without success to burn a bd-r of a movie made into avchd, that is playable on my playstation 3.
The discs burn fine with IMGBURN. WHen I put them in my PS3 the disc shows up and when I click it to play I just go to a black screen.
Basically I started with a .MKV of a blue-ray movie. I used audioconvertor.exe to change the audio of the mkv to AC3 as ps3 wont play dts.
Then used TSmuxer to change the video to .M2TS.
Then I use Multiachd4.1 to make the avchd files.
If I put the avchd folders onto a USB drive the ps3 will let me play the movie if I go into the bdmv folder and click the individual files, but movies are in 30-40 minute chunks.
Anyone know what needs to be done to make a playable BD-R of the movie with the avchd files that will play on PS3 as thats what I use for blu-ray player.
I dont know if im not doing something or what. Ive tried searching for answer but havent found anything hepful.
