I hope this is the right place to post this:
I want to do a straight transfer of footage shot on a HD camcorder to a compliant blu-ray disc that will play on any player.
My source material has:
1 video stream: AVCHD 1920x1080 60i 25mbps (shot on a canon G10)
2 audio streams: stream 1 is ac-3 stereo downmix
stream 2 is ac-3 5.1 surround
I want to join all the avc hd clips spit out by my camcorder in (with the .mts extension) and author a blu-ray disc which has the video in AVC format and includes the 5.1 surround track.
What's the way to do this?
is it even possible without re-encoding to another format?
