I have not been able to find a list of valid tags/flags for
srt BD subs.
The only one I can find is for Italics : <i> </i>
Anyone know of any others ?

Italics ist pretty much the only tag that’s in general use. You can rely on <i> being supported by the majority of SRT aware players. That’s not true for other tags. So if you want to be on the safe side, <i> is all you should use.

Ok, thanks ! That explains why my search didn't reveal anything.
BTW, when you remux the sub with the other tracks, via Tsmuxer, doesn't it become PGS?

No idea. I never do text sub to image sub conversions. But if indeed that is the case then everything depends on what Tsmuxer is capable of. Just create a small example SRT and test it.

@rapscallion
Hi!
I think you're confusing the .SRT text subs with the graphic .SUP subs, regarding tsMuxer notation as PGS graphic subs...

tsmuxer does convert SRT to PGS when instructed to (re)mux the content.
