Question:problem in flv files

i have some flv files that are not completed(part of file downloaded from internet..)
this files in players cant be handled or seek timebar.
how i can reconvert without losig something in other ways :

Try remuxing with ffmpeg. Command line:

ffmpeg -i movie.flv -vcodec copy -acodec copy out.flv

You could probably change the container to MP4 too (out.mp4)

Avidemux may be able to do the same if you must have a GUI. Just set both video and audio codecs to "copy".

It works on flv's that thumbnails showed.
but it not works on files that their thumb not shown.
is these files are true flv?
if yes why they thumbnails not shown??

i saw the content of files in hexviewer and its begins with "FLV"
ive no dubt that these files are flv formats.
i searched the doom9 and see that virtual dub can fix broken flv files.now i havn't problem in fixing videotimebar...
the question is:
why some of the flv files thumbnails not shown???
im trying to mux them to show thumbnails but i cant...
