Apart from really being annoying by just requesting new features and not contributing anything (but money from time to time):

I really love the way Gordian evolved to s.th. I never even would have dreamed about a year ago!

I'm so happy with it! As I encode about 3-4 movies a day and never took the time to really get familiar with SBC, GKnot is just the perfect tool.
