mod 16?

Consider i cropped video like +12 -14 (hypothetical). Then i dont understand how mod16 work on this ,I undrstand that overcrop and undercrop do their respective job. But what 'mod 16 'option will do.

Are you referring to using a particular GUI? Sounds like you might be asking about MeGUI's resize to mod 16 option, but maybe you should be more specific. Anamorphic encoding, or resizing to square pixels?

I am using megui, i am confused regarding this. I am intrested in anamorphic encoding

The anamorphic, "resize to mod16" option changes the pixel aspect ratio in order to achieve mod16 dimensions without altering the picture aspect ratio (without distorting the picture).
Personally, I usually just encode non-mod16. I've not experienced any playback problems by doing so.
