Hi!

Please post the ENTIRE path that you saved the DVD Shrink-compressed DVD "package" to...

BTW - Did you put a checkmark next to "Do you want DVD Shrink to create VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders?

On Win7 there are some virtual folders you're not allowed to write to. Best is to make a separate folder like "rips" on the root dir and write to it. Also, ISOs are preferred.

Thanks for the responses. I set the path to receive Backup files as C:\Users\User\Videos\Video Rips and they are not there after backup. The program tells me "DVD Output saved to C:\MovieTitle.iso and it cannot be found there either. Tried saving as ISO Image as well as to Hard Drive Folders. No luck. Thanks for any help.

Hi! "DVD Output saved to C:\MovieTitle.iso"It is in the ROOT DIRECTORY of your C:\ Drive. The name of the file is "MovieTitle.iso"...

Some people also reported their virus software quarantining files so maybe check the settings or turn it off temporarily.

Do it again

and you'll find the latest used directory. The image should be there.
In case you can't find it, read the manual of Windows on how to find ISO and/or VOB files on your computer.
