i can encode anything to any size that i want that is mpeg2 recorded from dvb-t yet for some odd reason i can encode h264 from dvb-t2 to 175/233/350 without any sizing problem yet if i want to encode to 550 mb it seems to keep on oversizing. this is the first time this has happen to me plus i have been encoding for along time and i am clueless on what the problem could be :p even a fresh install of windows doesn't help. yet last week or few days ago it was fine. i have noticed the file size/bitrate is both wrong once encoded.

i have included the log files of the mediainfo on the file and the staxrip log and a pic from the gui. i hope this helps

Maybe the movie cannot fit in 550mb, and that means oversize
