Hi.
I own an italian commercial BD that has a low bitrate compared to UK version. Yesterday I bought UK version.

Using clownbd I have extracted audio and video for both versions (movie only, I don't care about menu and extras)

My goal would be to add italian track to UK video.
I'm a newbie but I have noticed two difference:
1) italian version is 24fps, while UK is 23,976 fps
2) movie lenght is 1:50:18 against 1:50:44

Anyone can give me some advice how to accomplish that?
Thanks in advance!

Since people around here swear there were no quality losses when "backuping" a BD50 to DVD9, I would be curious to know how bad is the Italian version compared to the British one....

encoding looks really different.
UK reviews about video are excellent. Italian version looks pretty poor

Hi!

Didn't you already ask about this (with minor differences in your question) starting on July 11th? :

What's the title of these two Blu-ray discs?

it's scream4. There are several titles in Italy with lower encode bitrate than usa/uk versions.

Ok, I'm now using tsmuxer I can add/remove audio tracks like I want

Just a pair of questions.
since audio is from 24fps track and video is 23.976, do I need to convert it or is not needed? and what about pitch?

also about delay, is there a way to know if I need to set it? how can I calculate it?
thanks in advance

There are threads on how to fit audio (for the same version) from one edition to another. The difference is, as you may calculate it yourself, ~1.001001001 (some 0.1%) or some 3.6 seconds drift per hour.
