MPEG2 to large for CDR

I used DVD2SVCD and I use 74 min 650MB cdr's. The DVD2SVCD program created the MPEG2 files with sizes of 818mb & 794mb. How does I set the program to make the mpeg2's not too large to fit on a 74 min CDR?

Come on ... this is self-explanatory, isn't it?! You go to the bitrate tab, set the size of your CDs to 740 or 730 and start the encoding ...

How do I know to make all of them 740 or 730. right now they alternate 740, 800, 740, 800, etc.

just change all tabs to 740 if you use 74 min discs
