I have CCCP installed and i'm using Media Player Classic Home Cinema
For encoding i use VirtualDub with avisynth and vsfilter
When i open the .avs file in virtualdub, usually it opens with ffdshow audio & video decoders, but today it always opened with haali media spliter..
i don't know why, yesterday everything was fine..
after the encode was done i hadn't no audio on the video :(
i re-installed the codec pack and still the same problem

ffdshow would probably only decode the video/audio if your script opens the original file via DirectShow.
Can you provide an example of the script you're using?

One thought... if it is a DirectShow script, try increasing the merit of the ffdshow audio and video decoders. You can do so under "DirectShow Control".

Personally I am against codecs packs. If I need a codec I'll prefer to install it by hand.
No matter how carefully the content of a codec pack has been selected, it cannot cover all the possible configurations one has, in particular if one installs a codec on a system already having some.

Try using this to set filter and splitter preferences http://www.videohelp.com/tools/Codec-Tweak-Tool

Despite it's name the CCCP isn't a codec pack in the traditional sense. It doesn't install a bunch of individual codecs. It simply installs FFDShow-tryouts, MPC-HC, VSFilter and Haali Media Splitter, albeit using a preset configuration. Nothing the majority of people wouldn't install individually anyway.
The CCCP makers do recommend uninstalling all other codecs before installing CCCP as it'll cover 99.9% of most people's playback needs.

If I recall correctly the CCCP also installs a "reset" shortcut in the start menu. The OP might benefit from resetting the CCCP back to it's default configuration.
