i want to know is it possible to passthru ac3 from dvd to output mkv file in megui.

I assume you're wanting to add the original AC3 audio to the MKV (no re-encoding)? If so, then yes you can.

If you use the "AutoEncode" option then in the window which pops up, tick the "add additional content" box and then select "queue". When you do another window will pop up which will let you add the audio to the MKV.
