reauthouring Blu-ray

Hi every body
i want to re-author my blu-ray
because it is don't play complete. my video is 47 minutes but show 35 seconds in BD Player
please help me how to fix it

My Original Source is Downloaded Blu-ray from rapidshare etc,
like i downloaded the Imax Space station 3D from rapidshare when playing with powerdvd 11 ultra it's play 35 minutes but the movie is 47 minutes.
other problem is a blu-ray folder contain 78 GB (Cloudy with a chance of meat balls) for PS3 and the BDMV Folder is 75GB,
how to sharink to the 50 GB
i try some and all programs to reauthor, bug fix, shrink like DVDfab but don't work correctly.
please some body help me how to test my blu-ray before burn in to the DISK and shrink it.
