Hello, is it possible and how, to save AVCHD Date and Time from a Sony camcoder as subtitle track in Blu Ray authoring?

You put what do you want in bd authoring, force subtitle during the authoring process but you need a decent authoring tool to do that.

Some guys have success with dvdlogic software but my choice is :
subtitle workshop and after that EasySUP or goSUP (they are free). They will make you some nice shadowed and antialliased subtitle.
About the authoring part it's Sonic Scenarist but it's an expensive tool unless you can reach it like me by real life job. Netblender dostudio is another good choice. Nonetheless, it's a pro tool too so it's a bit $...
