ripped DVD subtitles wrong duration

I have sets of .IDX .SUB extracted from a PAL DVD. It is animation episodes that are about 22 min each. I used Subrip beta for OCR and it works very well, the problem is that the duration is lmore than 2 hours and the timings are messed up.
Can somebody check it out?
