I am constantly getting the message "Windows Explorer has stopped working". I only have have one add-on, Robo-Form. I have a 6 Month old Asus Intel5, 1 T HD.Windows 7 Home.This is very annoying, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer? Which version? Does it happen with Roboform disabled?

Personally rather than waste time trying to get IE to work properly (because sometimes short of re-installing Windows it's almost impossible) I'd just use a different browser. There's a plugin to allow Roboform to work with Firefox.
