Hi,

it's somewhat hard to decide where to post my question, the DVD2SVCD moderator told me to try the SVCD forum... so I'll try it here:

In the DVD2SVCD bundle there is a so called "semi cli version" of bbmpeg, and one additional prog called runbbmpeg.exe.

I'm looking for a documentation of the runbbmpeg command line parameters. I experimented a bit and the only thing I found out by now is that the first parameter names the program stream.

How can I specify the video and audio streams, and how can I make the muxing process start automatically after having launched "runbbmpeg <parameters....>" ?

thx,

Bernd

Hi NeWcS,

I tried almost ANYthing, but there's no help page. RunbbMPEG controls the bbMPEG.dll by means of its (bbMPEG's) INI file. There you can name the source video and audio files, matrix files, anything.

I got this information from dvd2svcd (the author).

But thanks for your reply.

Cheers

Bernd

Just hit the search button and search this forum. There was a person with a similar question a month ago I think.

I answered something similar to your question (someone was trying to multiplex from batch files). Look for the original post if that is what you want to do. Basically, runbbmpeg ONLY has ONE parameter AFAIK, the output stream name. Everyting else it takes from an .ini file that you can easyly make from batch files, since is text and with a fairly clear structure. Look that post and I think it will be clear.
