add subtitles to blu-ray (main movie splited multiple m2ts)

I just bought a movie and decripted it with AnyDVD HD but now I wanted to add a subtitle to it, I tried multiAVCHD no success, tried tsMuxeR it didn't recognize my video stream and tried with AVCHDCoder, but it only accepts 3 audio streams (I have 4), can someone help me?
