is it possible to decrypt MP4 (H264) with both Video and Audio encrypted?

basically, both video and audio are encypted. when i play them with VLC, there is no sound,and the screen is not moving right there,only the first frame.

too bad i can't find the sample that both video and audio are encrypted,but this sample is mp4 file that audio is encrypted but video is not.

these mp4 are downloaded from online streaming site: NBA ILP
when i watch online,there is no problem at all,everything is fine.
when i download them to my HDD, video and audio are not playable,no sound,screen not moving.

they encrypted audio first,but not video

and then,they encrypted both video and audio.

now i only have some sample that they encrypted audio only.

so,any experts that know how to decrypt these mp4 or is it possible to accomplish that.

looks like offline encryption (i heard someone said this)

p.s. i not a programer,and i know nothing about encrypting and decryption.

i spent money buying the service,and i think i can download them and save to my HDD as my connection is not that good enough to watch online smoothly. i think the encryptor says, "sure,you can decrypt it,decrypt it if you can!"
