Backing Up Ancient Aliens

I Just got Ancient Aliens: Season 1 from the History Channel and I can't get DVDFabs latest to back it up. Any suggestions?

According to the History Channel's shopping page, both the DVD and Blu-ray versions were released on November 23, 2010 - ancient history (pun intended) for copy protection ;>}

Therefore, it's hard to believe that a current version of DVDFab cannot properly duplicate your purchased discs. What is the exact wording of the eror message generated by DVDFab?

Try cleaning the discs - and if they still can't be backed up, return them in exchange for new replacements.

My mistake. Although there were no visible fingerprints or stains, cleaning with dish liquid did the trick.
