Problem in merging 2 DVD-5

I want join a splited DVD [in 2 DVD-5] as a DVD-9. I don't want use any commercial software, so I used freeware's such as MuxMan, PgcEdit, PgcDemux, Vobedit,...

I demuxed both my DVD-5 and remux both as a DVD. (I name it joined DVD)
In joined DVD, main movie has 2 different vob id. (VobId 1, 2) and I want it has same vob id. So, I demuxed "the remuxed DVD" with VobEdit with uncheck box: "Split on new Vob-ID". Then, remux again with my new subtitle. (I name it final joined DVD)

Problem is that in final joined DVD (not joined DVD), in point the 2 DVD is joined, a plaid frame appeare.
also the m2v file from demuxing of joined DVD has this problem.

Where is wrong in my method? or anyone has solution?

Use DVD2ONE's append mode.

DVD2ONE is not able join 2 VobID as one VovID, however it is nice tool but is commercial.

What do you mean by VobID? A titleset? If so, and both have the same specs (size, number of streams), DVD2ONE can merge it to one titleset that plays the movie without any slight pause in between. Back in the day there was also a trial version.

The fact that there are several VOBs (Video OBjects, with different VOB IDs, not "VOB files") in the final title does not mean that there will be a visible or audible gap at the join point. The problem is probably caused by missing audio packets at the end of the first part or the beginning of the second part.

If you really want no visible or audible cut point between the two parts, you will probably have to join them with a tool that can properly recreate the missing audio packets. I recommend Video ReDo, but it is not free. Womble can do that also, even with a smooth cross-fade between the two parts, but again it is not free, and additionally it is difficult to import the chapter points, and it has a lot of bugs and a terrible GUI!

Also, you will have to re-import the reauthored title in your original DVD with PgcEdit or VobBlanker.

The problem is probably caused by missing audio packets at the end of the first part or the beginning of the second part.

I think problem is caused by missing frame(s); Because after demuxing "joined DVD", m2v file has same problem. Also, I think if problem is missing audio packets, should affact on audio not video in playback.

Also, "joined DVD" & "final joined DVD" have same duration & etc and different is num. of VobID; but only "final joined DVD" has this problem.
