Hi,

I ripped a blu-ray in order to add a custom subtitle stream (blu-ray .sup) to the main feature.
I tried to add the original m2ts and the new sup file in TsMuxer and then try to make a new m2ts out of that, but when I swap the original m2ts with that new m2ts in the BDMV folder and I try to play that in TotalMedia Theatre, it doesn't play and freeze the application.
Now, I also tried as a test to remux the original m2ts to an new m2ts without adding anything, and I get the same result when I try to playback.

My first question is, does TsMuxer create compliant blu-ray m2ts file or not??!! Or what am I doing wrong here??

Second question is: Is there another application that can create compliant blu-ray m2ts file out of elementary stream so I can add that damn subtitle stream?

Thanks in advance!!!

I don't think you can just swap the M2TS and expect the resulting disc to work.

You need to generate a Blu-Ray disc with TsMuxer, not a m2ts. However, I suspect you're trying to keep the original menu, etc which makes what you're trying to do much harder.

The original blu-ray structure contains index information about the old m2ts which no longer applies to the new m2ts, so you do need to re-create the entire blu-ray structure.

@Stereodude & dmz01: Fair enough, I was hoping I could just swap the m2ts and it would work but you guys made me realize that I got more work to get this working :)
Thanks a bunch for the reply!!!!
