Zpav (h265) ?

Did anyone tried this:

ZPAV (H265) is audio-visual codec protocol, very different from H264/MPEG4, ZPAV (H265) basic algorithm is wavelets, SPIHT, BSW, MMW, ......

All I know about it is three things:

1) The author is promoting it via mass email spam.
2) It's closed-source, thus violating SourceForge's terms of service.
3) It has nothing to do with H.265 (HEVC).
