Hi,

I dowloaded all libraries such as : libebml , libmatroska, libvorbis, zib, libexpat....etc, to support MKVToolniz v4.8.0 when i build on window it not running. How to run MKVToolniz v4.8.0 on windown ?

Everyone can help with me ?

You don't have to build it in order to run. Just download the binary from the author's site.
