Stretch dts audio from not standard fps (23.9758) to 25 fps?

Hi... i have a video with a strange fps... 23.975986...And i want to stretch its audio to 25 fps...
A lot of tools have some speedup predefined tools but only from 24000/1001.... This fps is not far from it so i could use it but with this procedure creates a delay in a 45 min video of 100 ms at the end and it's too much!
Is there a way to stretch it and how? i try besweet but doesn't work...

Maybe is other problem, the difference between 23.975986 and 24000/1001 in a 45 min video is only 4 ms.

I made some calc and youre right! 0,00410141059 s... i just check again the audio and proably is damaged the file in a certain point... Thanks!
