Synch problems with doubled sided DVDs... [Archive]

I tried to encode the rock which is a double sided disc. I ripped each side and then encoded it as one movie. The first half is fine, but the second has a audio synch problem... Is this common amongst encoding doubled sided movies?

I tried encoding each side seperatley and joining the avi with nandub, but still no luck. Looks like this one will have to be in two parts...

HI!
I think there is 2-3 sec with black frames in the sideswitch,delete them and the sound will be in synch:)
