I saw comments about FFV1.2 with multithreaded encode/decode using slices at october 2010.
Now June 2011, but nothing yet integrated in ffdshow/ffmpeg.
When it will be available ?

Slice support was added to ffv1 in october 2010. See libav commit e2b2f8454c7a945002b913cb7ed4644590ddeec9.

Yes, but still no options in ffdshow to enable it for encode/decode.

Sorry for reviving this old thread, but in case someone stumbles over it, here's information about the release of multithreaded FFv1 versions.
The current status is, that FFv1.3 works fine in all tests, but it's a few things are still missing until its release.
See this thread on the ffmpeg-devel mailing list (http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2012-September/130554.html) about what's still TODO until FFV1.3 is marked as non-experimental.
About ffdshow-tryouts:
Unfortunately, the maintainers of ffdshow-tryouts are only interested in decoding, not encoding. The encoding part of ffdshow-tryouts is a mere side-product :(
ffdshow-developer "clsid" however said that they would accept patches for the encoding side though.
