Avisynth and SideBySide 3D Resolution

I have been trying to play around with a 3D side by side MKV file. Originally I had 2 files, one for left and one for right. Both at full 1080p resolution. I stacked them together with the StackHorizontal command. I now have a 3D MKV at a resolution 3840 x 1080p. I can play the file in Media Player Classic, but when I try to open it with Avisynth, it times out. Does Avisynth have a max res of the files it can open.

Im using DirectShowSource(). Works find for all my 1920x1080p MKV files. Does not work on any of my 3840x1080p MKV files.

You could try latest FFMpegSource (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=127037) instead.
