Also - the link off ultimate-links.de has never worked for me. Nada. Also not on the last release. This is probably not a good server for the distribution of this software. Also the links off Qberts site are bad. Actually, quite a bit is screwed up there.

This is definitely the most frustrating piece of software. Now it complains about all sorts of programs that it is looking for at startup. But no way to specify where to find it.

The new TSCV 0.84 Rel 2version works with a NEW mpeg encoder. You should put it in same folder as TSCV 0.84 Rel 1( replaces only TSCV.exe).
It will not work correctly with previous TSCV versions...

I copied all the old files except the TSCV.EXE. It is now encoding but has the following bug:

I have two separate MPEGS. I create chapters for both of them, one for each halfway into the movie. I then use the menu generator to point to these chapters (M1-1 and M2-1). However, the motion menu it generates (at least it does generate something now besides a grey frame) is for M1-0 (whereas the second is correct for M2-1).

It's getting better, it's just not there yet.
