update oggvorbis dll

Hiya,
Is is possible to update/replace ogg vorbis dll?
Since the once in the current version of BeSweet/BeLight
is from 2001.
If yes which excat file and version from which do I please need to use?

You can only replace the DLL with a newer version as long as the ABI (application binary interface) has not changed. Otherwise the 'main' application needs to be recompiled with the updated header files.

Up-to-date Vorbis libraries are available from Rarewares.org, for example:

Can maybe add another question which might wounder away from the actual question.
I am trying extract the sound from mp4 files and want to convert them into ogg vorbis.
And since the entire gordianknot suite is any a bit dated already
(but still the best option AC3 related topics)
I am therefore woundering if this BeSweet/BeLight path is the correct one?
If I am on the wrong path what other options would you please suggest?
