Cheers everyone who assisted w/ my original audio stream changing issues way back when which is listed in this older thread: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=141588
Although that above listed thread w/ instructions has worked time and time again, I have come across a Korean DVD called "The Man From Nowhere" where I cannot change the default stream from English to Korean. I followed the steps many times before on other dvds and this is the first it has not worked on. I have even looked in the dvd within PgcEdit and I've seen that it uses a SetSTN command for Audio stream #2 (called twice) and that's the Korean 6ch AC3 stream that I am trying to make primary audio.
What can I do?

Isn't that a wonderful movie? I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Anyway, I can't help directly (but I'm sure someone else can), but if worse comes to worst just create a SetSTN command at the beginning of the movie itself to have it switch to Korean. Me, I just let it start with that crappy English dub and switched it using the remote control.

Yes it's an amazing movie.
And what you suggested worked! I just noticed the main movie was listed twice as VTST 9, 1 and VTST 9, 2. I don't know why? They're both the same length. Why would a dvd authoring take place this way? What I had to do was use an SetSTN command for BOTH of those entries in PgcEdit. Now it defaults to the original Korean audio.

Not sure why the main movie is duplicated in your DVD, but I've already seen that several times, for different reasons.
Sometimes, the titles have different audio and/or subpic tracks by default. It's a strange way to set the streams: instead of using a SetSTN or setting a GPRM to hold the stream number in the audio and/or subpic selection menu, they set a GPRM that is used later to jump to the first or second title. In the two titles, there is a different SetSTN. Furthermore, it is also possible to disable completely a specific stream by not defining it in the corresponding stream table of the PGC.
Sometimes also, there are some differences in the post commands of the two titles. So, if you have selected, say, the movie translated in English, the post command of the played title can branch to a small title with a second credits screen showing the names of the English actors.
Sometimes, I've also found that the second title is totally useless, and cannot be played directly from the menus! Anyway, if the two titles have exactly the same commands, cells and stream tables, then you can easily remove the second title if you wish. Just right-click it and select Go To Calling Commands. Then, fix all commands to jump to the first title, and finally use DVD -> Delete Uncalled PGCs (or Remove Useless Stuff) to drop the useless title.
