Want to Add Audio to a Menu

I currently have a dvd in which I want to add a short music track whilst the Menu is displayed. Is this possible with any of the tools here that are usually discussed?

I don't think it's possible without re-authoring the menu. If your menu is a still image, you can extract it as a BMP, and use muxman (or any other authoring software) to rebuild the menu from scratch. Then, you can replace the menu cell in the original menu with VobBlanker. But it's a long work, and there are some difficulties (for example, your music track must be compatible with the existing menu).
