hi everyone this my first post
i record a lot of videos from the analogue composite input on tv tuner card. i record in the highest quality allowed by tv tuner software. it records in a resolution of 720x457 or something in mpeg2 format, it takes a lot of space for just 30 minutes it takes around 1.2gb.
please tell me how i can record in the highest resolution possible in that analogue source and encode with a codec which gives the same quality as mpeg with 0 framerate loss and also takes less space on hd.
