Error 2203

i got this error and it asked if I wanted to overwrite my folder since it's already got a folder named that I clicked ok and it erased the movie and then gave error 2203 now my working files are 43gb while the folder it asked me to overwrite is 0 can anyone help me will I be able to rebuild it or is it gone.
