I have a Pentium 2: doesn't exist a mode to use this wonderfull program?
Doesn't exist a mode to use tmgenc in place of CCE?
Future version of DVD2SVCD will can use tmpgenc?
Thank you for your support

Read the Q&A and the FAQ.
There is clearly said TMPGEnc will never be supported untill it becomes better than CCE (which sure never will happen).
You have to buy a new CPU to use this program.
sorry

Here is what you can do to create a simple SVCD on your machine :
You will find a Encoded_audio_1.mp2 (audio)as well as a DVD2AVI_PROJECT_FILE.d2v (video frameserver file)in your working directory after your machine fails with CCE. Use TMPG and it's wizard to take these two files and create your svcd.
I don't think we should get into the particulars here as it would be off-topic. Check out the guides for the finer details.

I know this method, in my opinion DVD2SVCD is simply the best for SVCD.
I would to use DVD2SVCD, but with CCE I cannot... CCE is also very expensive.
So I think that for the price and "compatibility" Tmpgenc is better than CCE.
Is a too hard work to make a little version of DVD2SVCD which use Tmpgenc?
