Hello,
I'm using Scenarist to author a BD with a dozen clips, and I need to play them both sequentially and individually, according to menu selection (the top menu has one button to play the entire playlist and a series of buttons to play individual clips). So I've created a playlist, but I cant' find a way to play only one clip and then return to the top menu.
If I use the PlayPLatPI command I can start playback on a certain clip, but then the player would continue playing until the end of the playlist. Also, I can't create a playlist for each clip and then chose which to play with nav commands, because a movie object can't reference more than one playlist.
So far the only solution I've found is to create an HDMV title (and a MO and playlist) for each clip, plus another title to play the entire playlist. This works, but I'm wondering if there is a more elegant way to accomplish the task.
Could someone help me? Thanks.
