It would be beneficial if you stated whether you're asking about a Blu-ray disc or a standard DVD...

What's the nature of your (I presume) problem?

I'm sorry I was so vague. It's probably because I have a 4 year old begging me to watch the movie. He is really rough on DVDs. Anyway, it is a DVD, and the problem is when I put the DVD in the drive, multiple chapters come up and when I decrypt it the file is only 2Gb instead of 4.19Gb. I hope that is enough info, Thanks

The following was posted at the DVDFab Forum (regarding the payware version of DVDFab): Pathplayer needs to be set as Always Enabled in order for this DVD to work see info below and attachments. When enabling Pathplayer restart DVDFab!

Also, since it's not been posted as a problem at the MakeMKV Forum, if you can use an .MKV for playback, you might also try MakeMKV (presently freeware)...
