Hi. Letīs say I have a DVD with audio tracks 1 and 2 and subtitles 1 and 2. When audio 1 is selected (v.g. through the remote control), I want subtitles 1 to be automatically activated. When audio 2 is selected, I want subtitles 2 to be automatically activated. And I also want to make the subtitles impossible to be manually selected/activated/deactivated by the watcher. Can I achieve this using pgcdemux or other software? How? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.
Not PGCDemux. Maybe you meant to say PGCEdit. And there the answer would be yes, I think. Personally, I think the "make the subtitles impossible to be manually selected/activated/deactivated by the watcher" requirement is silly, but if possible they'll know in the IFO/VOB Editors Forum. I'll send your thread down there.

Use SPRM (ASTN and SPSTN) to get the current audio/subtitles and use the SetSTN -> http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/setstn.php?p=11.
When audio 2 is selected, I want subtitles 2 to be automatically activated.
Idem.
And I also want to make the subtitles impossible to be manually selected/activated/deactivated by the watcher. Can I achieve this using pgcdemux or other software? How? Thanks in advance.
Definitively not with PGCdemux.
You have to activate PUOs.

The link was only as a guidance, the commands you have to put yourself in pgcedit, now that you know what to look for.
I personally hate PUOs ... I use them only for very specific tasks.

If your DVD has already an audio menu to select the desired audio language, you can easily locate the SetSTN commands that the menu executes (with the help of the trace mode), and edit them to add the corresponding subtitle stream. If there is no way to change the audio stream interactively, you will not be able to set both audio and subpic streams at the same time.
To set the PUOs, double-click the title(s) to open the PGC Editor, and change the PUO field. Tick "Audio stream change" and "Subpicture stream change". But I agree that it's probably not a good idea, especially if your DVD has no Audio and Subpic menus.
