I am using the ati tv wonder ve. When i use virtual dub the first time i can hear the sound from the tv and the capturing of the tv audio works perfect. but it seems that everytime after i close virtual and then open windows media player 6.4 to play the captured video and then close that and then reopen virtual dub for capture, I then cant hear the tv audio for capture anymore. When turning all my video controls all the way up i seem to be only getting a faint sound of tv audio but i cant seem to get the audio level back to normal. I can only hear the audio again if i run iuVCR or the native player but i want to use virtual dub for capture and i cant seem to hear the audio in virtual dub anymore. My tv audio is inputed through the microphone input because the line-in volume control is always dimmed out. Does anyone have solution to this?

could there be a program that force frees up the audio and video conectors, or audio hardware and video overlays?
