MKV with subtitles -> AVCHD/BD?

Is there a simple way of converting an MKV (720p/1080p) with SRT subtitles to a AVCHD or BD-disc?
I've searched for solutions, but the subtitles are always causing problems..

You could use BD Rebuilder to convert your original BDs to AVCHD or BD25.
