Can I change the encoded resolution in DVD2SVCD to the DVD D2 resolution of;

PAL DVD D2 resolution: 352 X 576
NTSC DVD D2 resolution: 352 X 480

The Pal DVD D2 resolution is what China's propriety SVCD (CVD) resolution is set at.

I only ask this because the resolution works perfectly when playing SVCD on a capable DVD and SVCD player and is excellent for when we all get DVD burners and want to change over and use the MPEG2 Files we used in our SVCD's for our home grown DVD's.

The D2 resolution are Legal for DVD and it means we can use the files without having to re-encode.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You just need to edit the Avisynth file.

You can select "Edit The Avisynth Script File" under the frameserver tab in dvd2svcd...or you can do it manually ...depends on what you like..i myself when editing the avisynth file ..select "Edit When Dvd2avi processing is done" and that works great.
