Some questions:

1) Do You think, will be DVD2SVCD supports of 5.1 sound ?

2) can be added options for F/X transfer to black to end of CD and F/X from black on begin of next CDs or it is very hard ?

If you mean Dolby Digital the answer is no.
Current format is Dolby Stereo.

It may not be a bad idea to get in the habbit of checking to see if it has been covered before by searching.
